Return Process

  Log into your SYNCO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Verification and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
